Mission Statement
The Louisiana High School Wrestling Coaches Association (LHSWCA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the education of our athletes and the promotion and improvement of the sport of wrestling in the state of Louisiana. The LHSWCA goal is to increase recognition of the sport, to promote fairness in the applications involved in the sport and to allow fair representation to all schools involved on a state-wide level.
LHSWCA ELECTIONS FOR THE 2010-11 AND 2011-12 SEASONS!
LHSWCA elections are soon approaching. Before voting can begin, an accurate database of wrestling schools and their coaches needs to be created. The current LHSWCA database of schools and coaches is lacking in accuracy. Please take a look at the page linked below and send any changes you know of to Martin Muller at mgmnet@cox.net.

Nominations for LHSWCA executive officers and regional representative are now open and will close on August 15th.
Please call Martin Muller at (504) 305-1824 or email him at mgmnet@cox.net with your nominations. Also, please know that you may nominate yourself for whatever office you desire.

Please know that any nominee may remove themselves from the ballot by contacting Martin Muller.
The voting time frame is from August 16th to August 30th. The ballot is a three-page document in Microsoft Word 2003. This document needs to be filled out and mailed to Martin Muller. Postmarks will be used to make sure the ballots are received during the voting time frame. If you cannot open the Microsoft Word 2003 document, throw away your Apples and contact Martin Muller at (504) 305-1824 or mgmnet@cox.net and he will FAX one to you.

2010 LHSWCA Elections Ballots Received
Memberships are now being accepted for the 2010-11 wrestling season. Please renew your memberships soon as the strength of our association depends on our commitment. Memberships are $40 per coach. Two coaches per school are allowed LHSWCA voting privileges and all LHSWCA members are welcome at the State hospitality room.
All eligible coaches* per school may start sending their membership dues of $40 to the following P. O. Box:

* Any member coach must be on his school's list of coaches, be in good standing with the LHSAA and either be a faculty member or CECP coach. Two of those members must be designated by their head coach as voting members. Non-voting LHSWCA members will benefit by the membership perks at the LHSAA state tournament and LHSWCA sponsored events.
